CCNZ holds the National Excavator Operator Competition (NEOC) to recognise and promote excellence of excavator operators within the civil construction industry by showing skills and expertise through competition.

Finalists from the regional competitions go forward to compete at the national finals held in March each year at the Central District Field Days.

CCNZ Kensington Swan Roadshow February/March 2017

In Conjunction with Core Associate, Kensington Swan and Major Associate, Manage Company, CCNZ ran a national roadshow in late February/March. The purpose of the Roadshow is to ensure that members have information about:

  1. How you can best manage the legal requirements of the retentions regime that comes into force on 31 March 2017
  2. how you can manage your ACC risk and cost and prepare for the upcoming changes to the Safety Star Rating and the ACC Experience Rating schemes.
  3. CCNZ activities and initiatives
