CIVIL CONTRACTORS NEW ZEALAND

Representing members in the civil, construction and general contracting sectors since 1944

National Excavator Operator Competiton, Manawatu

Civil Contractors New Zealand is the national association for civil contractors, providing a voice for more than 800 member businesses and organisations. We work to support a healthy civil construction industry, founded on expert knowledge.

Our members connect New Zealand communities with a better quality of life by constructing the country's essential transport, water, energy, internet and other infrastructure networks.

We connect the industry with avenues to interact with decision makers, career development opportunities, networking events, technical knowledge and up-to-date information on industry trends.

A Higher Standard

The contracting businesses that make up Civil Contractors New Zealand (CCNZ) play a vital role in the development of our country, particularly in the construction and maintenance of our roading, transport, water, energy, public services infrastructure and services to the residential and commercial construction sectors. It is these services that a modern developed economy must have to compete efficiently in world markets and to deliver high living standards for its people.

CCNZ's vision is a healthy construction sector where safety is a priority for everyone, there is healthy competition for projects of all types, there are opportunities for businesses of all types and sizes, and there is a clear programme of forward work that enables contractors to invest in the right people, training and equipment to deliver, for the people and communities of New Zealand.
